What size should I order?
All apparel pages have a specific size chart for that item! You will be able to see the sizes (in inches) right from the product page!
Is your clothing ethically made?
Absolutely! At The Humble Wagon, it is very important to us that each piece of clothing is manufactured in a WRAP certified factory. Sweatshops are totally unacceptable. We want our customers to feel good about what they're wearing.
That said, we ensure that our products are always ethically made!
How do I care for my clothing?
For printed designs, we recommend that you wash in cold water. Stay away from bleach and make sure you hang to dry to avoid shrinking.
How do I care for my coconut bowl?
Coconut Oil - Polish your bowl with coconut oil to add moisture and to restore it's sooth and shiny finish. We recommend you do this about every 10 washes.
Temperature - Do not expose your coconut bowl to extreme heat or cold temperatures. Do not use in the microwave or in the freezer.
Hand Wash - Wash your coconut bowl by hand with lukewarm, soapy water before use and as needed. Do not use in the dishwasher and do not soak for long periods of time.
How do I care for my bamboo straws?
Use a jar of warm, soapy water to shake them clean, or clean with a pipe cleaner. These straws can last for years if properly cared for!
How do I return an item?
If you are located in the United States, we are happy to accept your unworn (with tags), unused regular priced item(s) up to 30 days from your time of purchase. After we inspect the item, a refund to your card will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your delivery.
International orders may take up to 8 weeks to deliver depending on location.
I need to cancel my order. How can I do that?
Please contact us as soon as possible! You can reach us at email@example.com.
Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any cancellations. Your item(s) will be shipped to you and you will have to return it back to us.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders outside of the United States.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed at this time. However, it is possible to cancel your order as long as you do it before it has been fulfilled.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to see if you qualify for cancellation. Otherwise, you way have to return it (unopened and in it's original packaging) for your refund. Please note that returns only qualify for those who are located in the United States.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
- Check your spam folder.
- Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct.
- If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to email@example.com with your correct address as well as the original address that you provided us with. We will have the confirmation resent to you.
- If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email after the above steps were taken, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll have it resent to you.
What payment methods can I use to make a purchase on your website?
We accept the following payments:

Can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped!
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and to the rest of the world!
We do have a few exceptions:
At the time, we do not ship to Indonesia, Guatemala, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Panama, Qatar and South Africa.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary according to where you are located.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
As a customer, you will be liable for all import duties, Customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery.
Please be aware that The Humble Wagon does not have control over any duties, Customs and taxes demanded or collected by the country your order is being shipped to.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with these costs as these charges may vary. Please be aware that international packages that go through Customs are selected randomly.
The status of my order is 'delivered', but it's not here! What should I do?
- Verify that the address you provided is correct.
- Ask your neighbor if it was accidentally delivered to them!
- Contact your local post office.
- Email us at email@example.com
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For International orders, if your tracking says your order was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact Customs as soon as you can! You may need to pick up your package.
If the package if not picked up within 2-3 days, the order will be shipped back to us. We can certainly reship the order back to you, but you will have to pay the postage again.
